Again, Orange couldn't help but laugh. "Relax, Cy. I'm not going to have you killed if you say the wrong thing. You're much too useful." Here, she tapped his chin with her finger, then gave a wink.
There was a sort of playfullness around her now, just kind of sitting in the air. This was the first time she had relaxed and just let go in a long, long time. It felt nice; really nice, actually.

"I'm just speaking my heart. I just...well I don't know what to say sometimes," he said, looking at her. He winked back. "I don't socialize much." He stuck his tongue out playfully.
"You're getting me over that, though," he replied. "And I know you wouldn't have me killed. At least, I hope not," he teased.

Reaching over again, Orange ran her fingers along his jaw. "I wouldn't have you killed, no. Just... maybe roughed up a bit, if I ever found out you did something stupid. Which had better not happen, I assure you." She winked at him, spinning on her heel so she could lean against the wall to her left.
"Because if I find out you ever step on the wrong toes, you will be losing yours. But I doubt that will happen. You're actually a respectable person." Her lips curved upwards, "And I like your hair."

He smiled, shuddering at her hand on his jaw. He wasn't used to human contact, and honestly it felt nice. Especially from her. "That's good. And it won't happen, I promise." His eyes closed slightly.
He listened as she spoke. "You're quite respectable, yourself. And I like yours. At least you don't have to dye yours," he joked.

"Oh, I do dye mine," Orange assured him with a nod, "But it's a natural color, so no one really ever notices. My sister and I are both natural brunettes; it's how twins work." She gave him a smile, then tilted her head back so she could look up at the ceiling.
"You've heard of her, haven't you? Violet? My little sister is a wiz in the ring." She nodded, then glanced down at Espeon. The fox Pokemon twitched her tail.
"Max and Horace are powerful, and she can control them; so she does well."

"Violet? That's your twin sister? Wow, I never woulda guessed," he said with a chuckle. "Yeah, I know her. Actually a rival of mine. The only trainer who always seems to be half a step ahead of me." He smiled.
"I got a lot of respect for her. It's stronger trainers that give me the motivation to get stronger, push forward. That keeps me from slipping or getting lazy. And my Pokemon being so competitive just adds to that drive. I'm nowhere near the top, no. But I'll keep working, and one day. Just one day...I'll be on top."

As he rambled, the redhead found herself smiling. For some reason, his desire to beat her sister was adorable, especially considering Orange just knew that no one could beat Max and Horace. Orange and Violet never battled; it was a sort of unwritten code. So neither of them really knew which was better.
But that was okay.
"You know... You actually think you can beat my sister. That's adorable." She murmured, pushing off of the wall to stand before him. She reached up, running her fingers along his jawline, "No one can beat my little sister. She's a master, if Masters were still around."
Then she leaned over, so her lips were just a breath away from his, "But I admire your desire."

"I was a mere moment away from a draw once." He indicated with his thumb and index finger. "That close. Jolt almost had it. But almost doesn't count in Pokemon. But I don't look at the past. I press forward."
He paused, heartbeat racing when she leaned in. "I keep battling in the ring. My desire makes me who I am. Maybe I just got lucky there. Who knows? But...meeting you, I believe was meant to be."

She chuckled, "You're sweet. And naive. But that's all right, because I think I like that about you." With that, she leaned the rest of the way forwards, and touched her lips to Cyan's in what was a gentle, sweet kiss.
It only lasted for a second, but it was long enough to get the point across. Orange, for some reason unknown even to her, was attracted to the boy. He was decent, a hit with Pokemon, and Mewtwo had told her there was no true darkness in his heart. It was enough to get her attention.
Especially in a world of shadows.

He gasped, kissing her back. It was his first; since before her he was anti-social. He couldn't stop smiling when the kiss broke. He was speechless, so to avoid the awkward silence, he leaned in and kissed her again.
Jolteon's eyes slowly opened, just because his son that was snuggling him kicked a lot in his sleep. He smiled when he saw his master and his mate's.
"It's about time. Humans..." He chuckled.

When Cyan kissed her again, Orange reached up, taking his face in her hands as she returned the kiss. Espeon looked up, watching the pair for a moment, before chuckled mentally. She turned her gaze onto her mate.
"It took them long enough. It was only a matter of time; we all knew that." Her eyes twinkled, even when Orange pulled away to flick Espy off. The Pokemon only chuckled. "You're terrifying."
"Hush."

Cyan wrapped his arms around her gently. This was just perfect.
Jolt was amused by the situation. "True. We knew it before they did. Humans are just slow when it comes to romance."
Cyan chuckled. This sort of went over his head, but he was lost in the moment. And this moment...was sheer perfection.

Orange leaned against him, her eyes bright and warm. She rested her head against Cyan's chest, waving off the pair of them. Even when Espeon commented, "You know how humans are. They don't have the instincts that we do. Such a shame really."
At that, Orange merely shook her head.
She wrapped her arms around Cyan's waist, burying her face in his chest. A smile formed on her lips. "These guys... I love them. And the kids. It's been a good day. God, today has been a good day..."
