TV's and Radios alike cut to static, then a news program. Ludwig von Koopa stands, flanked by a guard on each side, though he's bigger than both of them.
"Mushroom Kingdom. For those who do not know me, though you should, I am Ludwig von Koopa, son of the Koopa King himself. As you all may know, the Princess's most recent disappearance has plunged this kingdom into even darker days, which is worsened by the police force.
This chaos is only going to get worse--without a ruler. Fear not, citizens, for there is a solution. My father, King Bowser, has spent the last few hours negotiating, and now has the throne. On his shoulders, this Kingdom will go forward. I can say without a doubt that the crime rate will fall. This corruption will end. From here, Mushroom Kingdom will only get bigger and better!"
With Mushroom Kingdom under the Koopas' claws, what can possibly be in store? And if Bowser's taken advantage of Peach's disappearance, where is she?
